When you experience water in your home there isn't many feelings that are worse. Knowing that we could call SERVPRO and they would be there right away and assure us that they would take care of everything made life so much easier.

I just have to comment here, about SERVPRO of Minot's outstanding service. My mother's home recently had some water damage from a burst pipe in the upstairs bathroom. It flooded that room, then leaked downstairs to that bathroom and adjoining bedroom. SERVPRO was here in less than 2 hours when called. They spent the next 7 days tearing out damaged walls, floors. vanities, etc., and drying things out. Chris (the manager) and his staff worked hard, efficiently, and carefully. They were prompt, courteous, professional, and kind. They communicated with us, every step of the way, while they worked. I just can't say enough good things about them! This is a FIRST RATE company and I wouldn't hesitate to call them again, if needed, or to recommend them to anybody who may need their services. Thank you, SERVPRO of Minot! You are a class act all the way!!! ??

Amazing! Gabe was at hour house within an hour of being called on a Saturday evening after we discovered the outside water spigot turned on in our vacant house, which filled an egress window and entered the house resulting in water in the 2 bedrooms, the bathroom, laundry and storage room and 1/2 of the family room. We were closing on the sale of that house in 6 days and thanks to Gabe, he made sure it was totally cleaned up, dried out, damaged drywall/insulation replaced, repaired and repainted and new carpet installed...all in 5 days! He made it look like nothing ever happened! He dealt with our insurance adjuster and made sure to answer any and all questions/concerns I had!
