After arriving to work and realizing a pipe had burst at our office over the long Easter weekend, we were staggered.  SERVPRO arrived quickly and immediately took over the long, tedious chore of damage control and rapidly began assessing remediation to decrease the safety hazards and structural concerns that can come with extensive water damage.  Sheldon and Mike worked tirelessly, and we cannot thank them enough for all of their hard work to abate any "potential" future health & safety issues.  We are in the reconstruction process now and everything is scheduled to be restored to its original state within the next 2-weeks.  Our company is so grateful to everyone we worked with at SERVPRO and would highly recommend them to anyone in need of water damage cleanup!

My co-worker walked into our office after a long weekend and noticed something was off. To her horror, she discovered a major water break that had been leaking for quite some time. The first business she called was SERVPRO. They showed up immediately. (Our office is 25 min out of town). Everyone's stress level was sky high. When SERVPRO showed up, we felt immediate relief. They went right to work cleaning up the mess from a broken pipe. The SERVPRO employees were very nice and communicated with us about their progress. Another plus, the Supervisor lowered the tension level by dealing with our insurance company. To our knowledge, he communicated with our insurance agent everyday to give him an update on the damage and clean-up. They did an excellent job and I would (and will) recommend them to anyone who needs help with a disaster in their home and place of work.

EXCELLENT JOB, I never thought they would get the stains from the carpet in my rental. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM, FIVE STAR RATING ! The staff has been PROMPT, COURTEOUS and PROFESSIONAL on every occasion. Also, their staff is professionally dressed in SERVPRO uniform which identifies them immediately. Give them a call, they will even come late or on weekends when you need them!

We needed an office building cleaned after it had been vacant for many months. I called 4 different companies in Minot and SERVPRO of Minot was the only one to return my call. Gabe was up to inspect the next day and work was scheduled for 3 days later. The crew of Tyler, Brandon, and Antonio showed up on time, were very professional, and did a great job.

To whom it may concern,

                I am the maintenance man for McKenzie county and am responsible for repairs to our Hillside Court apartment complex.  Hillside court is a facility for the disabled and seniors 62 and over with a meals on wheels program on site.  I want to inform you that your employees have performed in a very professional and courteous manner.  This goes to show what quality of demeanor and character your company seeks to employ.

Yesterday 10/4/16 around 4:30 we had a large sewage backup at our McKenzie County Courthouse building while a commissioners meeting and public hearing were taking place.  At this time your company had a single staff member in town working at Hillside Court.  I am unable to express how impressed I am with your employee’s emergency response and begin extracting sewage in less than 10 minutes of asking for help!  If this is not a SERVPRO record than it is in the running for second place.  

If I knew the address in which to have mailed this letter to I would have used pen, paper, envelop, and stamp to express my thanks.  Too often in the service industry  do we only here the bad things rare is it when you hear about a job well done.  Your staff on site is putting long hours doing knuckle busting demo work.  It is my wishes that you will be able to express thanks and gratitude to your staff on behave of the tax payers of McKenzie County for going above and beyond our expectations.
